Professorial Lecturer at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University

Rapp is a clinical educator and former director of patient safety at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She received her Doctor of Nurse Practice from Yale University, as well as her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Preceding her tenure at the George Washington University, Rapp worked at University Health System in San Antonio as the patient safety officer.
